SHABNAM POURGHORBAN, ESQ.

Meet Shabnam Pourghorban, one of RMD Law’s dedicated personal injury attorneys. Shabnam’s passion for the law began with a simple goal: to help people who may not know their rights and to stand up for those who need a strong advocate on their side. Her clients quickly learn that she brings empathy, precision, and unwavering commitment to every case she handles.

Before joining RMD Law, Shabnam built a strong foundation in probate and education law, where she negotiated settlements between school districts and families and guided clients through complex legal challenges. That experience sharpened her negotiation skills and strengthened her ability to communicate effectively and advocate with compassion, skills that now serve her clients well in personal injury cases.

Shabnam earned her law degree from Whittier Law School, where she made the Dean’s List, received a CALI Award in Evidence, and earned a Certificate in Child and Family Law. She also served as a Fellow for the school’s Center for Children and Families, studied abroad in China, and worked in the Special Education Law Clinic. She completed her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at California State University, Fullerton.

Drawn to RMD Law’s client-focused culture and reputation for excellence, Shabnam is proud to be part of a firm that shares her dedication to helping people rebuild their lives after serious injuries. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and exploring National Parks.
